BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
The Opportunity
The Business Development Associate is a newly created role at Decra-Scape that will be responsible for owning our business development process. The Business Development Associate will research, organize, call on, and meet with our current and prospective clients to provide professional consultations. Our current lead flow brings in several high-quality leads per week, and you will be asked to grow the lead flow through outbound efforts. You will use company resources to locate and obtain residential and commercial bid work and prepare as well as present designs and estimates. You will construct a follow-up process for non-buyers, work with a CRM to follow up with prospects, and create a positive buying experience for all leads. In addition, you will work closely with our Marketing team to develop and improve current lead generation systems while creating and maintaining regular reports. The Business Development Associate is:

• Complete 13 week onboarding program

The Day-to-DaY:
• Achieve individual sales goals while implementing DSI’s Creative Lifestyle 6 D’s proven process.
• Scheduling on-site consultations with prospective DSI clients while maintaining a calendar for all appointments.
• Initial screening of prospective clients to include, but not limited to, obtaining necessary information to populate in our estimating software, setting initial appointments, and recording all interactions with the prospective client in estimating software (Aspire).
• Review prospective leads to determine work priorities. Effectively schedules resources, materials, and personnel to ensure meeting bid deadlines.
• Work closely with the BDM to determine which jobs we will be bidding on and for approval on quotes and prepare designs, estimates, and proposals.
• Layout, measure, shoot elevations, take photos, and mark up photos with notes for prospective client sites as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job-specification work orders to prepare estimates accordingly.
• Communicate pertinent information to clients, vendors, and the internal production team regarding projects and interact with clients by answering questions and resolving concerns as needed.
• Represent the company at networking and public relations functions.
